Willog Intelligence extends the same data stream captured by Willog Safe devices and surfaced through Control Tower into AI-driven root-cause analysis and risk prediction, completing the shipment lifecycle from raw sensor capture to actionable insight. Rather than requiring a separate data import, Intelligence analyzes the temperature, shock, and tilt readings already flowing through Control Tower to detect damage patterns early, flag abnormal handling events against product-specific thresholds, and generate AI Risk Reports that identify the root cause of a quality issue, such as pinpointing the exact time and location a shock or temperature excursion occurred during transit. This same analysis can automatically produce supporting evidence for insurance claims, reducing the manual work of reconstructing an incident after the fact. Intelligence also applies AI to route data collected via Control Tower, comparing planned routes against actual driving patterns to recommend routes with lower shock exposure rather than simply the fastest option. Because Intelligence, Control Tower, and Safe operate on one continuous data pipeline, findings at the AI layer reflect the full condition history of a shipment from the moment it leaves a Willog Safe device, rather than a separate or disconnected data set.
