Touchtone was founded in 1991 with the goal of developing enterprise software for IBM AS/400 – iSeries – System i users. Wintouch CRM, the company's flagship service, is presented as a customizable platform that is meant to adapt and expand as the user's business evolves and grows. In addition to standard CRM functions -- including its business reporting tools -- Wintouch provides a framework to create custom modules for streamlining and documenting any business process.
