WhatsApp, Telegram, and Instagram DM are integrated natively into the CRM inbox, meaning customer inquiries from any channel appear in one place without switching between apps. This significantly reduces missed messages and average response time.

AI-Powered Booking Automation

WorCo includes an AI assistant (AI CoWorker) that handles routine customer queries automatically — checking vehicle availability, quoting prices, and creating bookings — including outside business hours.
