Prices shown are in USD and are per workshop, not per user. Three editions are available - Silver, Gold and Platinum - each priced per month, with a 20% saving for annual billing (Silver US$149/mo, Gold US$179/mo, Platinum US$249/mo when billed annually, versus US$169, US$199 and US$299 month-to-month). Every plan includes unlimited quotes and job management, booking management, stock and supplier management, vehicle history, global search, management reporting, the free iOS and Android mobile app, and email, phone, live chat and knowledge base support. Gold adds business intelligence, electronic vehicle inspections, online bookings from the workshop's website and the advanced mobile app. Platinum adds multi-site and franchise operations and reporting, shared customer/vehicle/product data across sites, the public API, the online booking API, WorkshopWeb and priority support. Additional users are US$20 per user per month. SMS messages and vehicle registration/VIN lookups are charged at a small per-use fee. There is no setup fee; data import assistance and custom training are optional extras. Workshop Software is also sold in AUD, GBP and ZAR, with local pricing shown on the pricing page.
