What is xcPEP?
xcPEP is a purpose-built should costing software platform for costing calculations, update and analysis in a multi-location, multi-currency, multi-product scenario. xcPEP aims to outperform Excel and CAD based costing tools.
xcPEP offers flexibility to build a Bill of Materials from what a company has, capturing parameters from a manufacturing drawing or from a physical part teardown. Users work with structured, editable cost models. They can adjust logic, equations, material usage, cycle time, and tool life to match any specific manufacturing reality. And then they can create unlimited "what-if" scenarios by modifying volume, material, or supplier location, or compare cost deltas side-by-side to find the optimal sourcing strategy.
