With this software, users can build a customized event website, Facebook ticket shop and ticket shop on their own platforms. They can easily promote their events through social media, email marketing campaigns or by using the XING EVENT affiliate program which allows them to reach a wider audience. Participants are not left out as they have access to features such as networking with fellow attendees, accessing an event guide, discover other related events in the future via the XING EVENTS app.
Additionally, there's EasyEntry tool specifically designed for validating tickets automatically upon scanning them; it extracts data about the attendance in real-time providing users with updated lists of attendees' data which can be exported later on together with detailed reports concerning the success of each event.
