Excellent customized version of Yo!Kart.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We required a marketplace which can be easily customized for our needs. Yo!Kart was the only one which could be customized like we wanted and the customer service has been excellent and development team is really skilled.

  • Customer service is excellent
  • Customization work is done really well. Extremely good planning and implementation.
  • Direct whatsapp connection to the dev team. Makes communication fast and reliable.

Cons

  • Admin side is sometimes difficult to use and settings hard to find. At least at first, before you learn where everything is.

Yo!Kart, a strong multivendor market solution

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Concordia Market is a multivendor marketplace. Yo!kart is the primary software solution that creates the marketplace site, facilitates the sales of resources and goods, and tracks customer engagement. Primarily we use Yo!Kart to sale physical products and digital downloads. At a secondary level, we use Yo!Kart to assist service providers in CRM.

  • Sales of both Digital and Physical Products.
  • Integrates with Stripe for a unified shopping cart experience.
  • Highly customizable code to configure the technology to our needs.

Cons

  • Providing individual sellers more access to their customer's contact information.
  • Update their documentation to reflect recent upgrades.
  • better support for Third Party Integrations.

Likelihood to Recommend

Yo!Kart is well suited for a multivendor market, an online market with multiple shops selling products. Yo!Kart would work well for an organization with limited resources and little to no software engineers. The FatBit team is very competent and skilled at making the changes needed to support your needs.

developed a multi-vendor e-commerce platform for me, along with Android and IOS

apps.

Pros

  • Multi vendor e-commerce solution
  • Great customer care

Cons

  • I have had no complaints with Fatbit Technologies, and I am definitely looking forward to many more projects with them.

While

searching for the most reliable and promising multi-vendor ecommerce solution,

I came across Yo!Kart from Fatbit Technologies. Before making any

purchase decision I needed a few clarification on their packages and hence I

took contact with one of their sales team member, Ms Kulwinder Kaur. She was

extremely helpful in clarifying most of the doubts I had and she also went

beyond by connecting me with Mr Kapil Grover (VP – Partnership and Alliances)

who made sure all my queries were answered. After a few conversations with

them, I knew my project would be in good hands and hence decided to move

forward with the purchase. My project was handed over to Mr. Abhishek (Project

Manager) and I am so grateful that he was the one assigned for it. Mr. Abhishek

is an extremely dedicated individual and I have developed a very good

professional relationship with him throughout my time working with Fatbit. He ensured all my issues were solved

immediately by maintaining a professional communication throughout. I am

extremely thankfull to him for all determination and extra effort he put in to

ensure my platform was top-notch. He definitely deserves to be promoted for all

the hard work he puts in!

Yo!Kart allowed us to create the multi-vendor marketplace we needed for our company. Yo!Kart was the only solution with all the features we needed for our multi-vendor marketplace.

  • It has a very simple to use user interface
  • They provide us many revenew options, such as PPS and more.
  • The customer service is magnificent!

  • I can't find a single examle for improvment.

  • They are good at what they do
  • There are ok language barriers with some of the associates that make difficult conversations.
  • Time difference internationally can be a challenge sometimes.

Likelihood to Recommend

Their software is well developed and easily customizable. I would recommend using the software. It is cost-effective for startups. They are a knowledgeable team that provides good advice and support. The time differences can create communication challenges internationally how the team strives to be efficient. I will use them in the future.
