Cons
- We had drawbacks with some of the selected people, but the YouTeam team quickly helped us with the drawback by providing a new list.
- In the introductory interview, they overlooked to ask the location; that's why the list they sent was of candidates who did not have the same time zone, making remote work more complicated.
- Although they guarantee that those hired will stay for an average of 2 years, the truth is that we lost a good employee in less than that time.
