What is Zenario?

Zenario is a Content Management platform for organizations that need to create, manage, and publish public websites, multilingual content, and secure user areas. Its hosted offering, OnZenario Cloud, provides a guided setup for teams that do not need to write code, while retaining layout, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), HyperText Markup Language (HTML), and JavaScript controls for authorized designers.

Website creation and content publishing
As a Website Builder, Zenario provides drag-and-drop page-layout tools, reusable content types, sitemap management, and role-based editing permissions. Teams can publish pages, news and blog posts, events, vacancies, videos, and document repositories without rebuilding each content type from scratch.

Search engine optimization features include editable metadata, page aliases, image alternative text, featured images, and automatically generated robots.txt and sitemap.xml files. The platform also supports multilingual sites and responsive layout controls for mobile and desktop views.

Forms and secure user areas
Zenario can create contact, multi-step, file-upload, and data-capture forms using a drag-and-drop editor. Form submissions can be passed to Salesforce or Mailchimp, and the platform records acceptance of privacy terms where required.

Its Web Portal capabilities support password-protected extranets for customers, partners, or internal teams. Administrators can manage sign-up, email verification, approval processes, password recovery, groups, and role-based access to private information; Enterprise roles can also associate users with physical locations.

Fit and availability
Zenario is suited to organizations that need an editable website and, where needed, a secure portal built on the same content platform. OnZenario Cloud offers a 14-day free trial.
