Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I work on the vendor onboardings through Zycus Procure to Pay Suite. We have multiple issues with the product and there is a huge scope for improvement interms of the kind of customer service provided and also the application. We use it on a daily basis and the support is very minimal when it comes to addressing issues.

Zycus Procure to Pay Suite is convenient in cases of organisations that look for a streamline approach and would prefer having all the information at once place. This is great when it comes to audits as the information is very clearly available on when and who did what. However, this relies greatly on information to be fed from external sources. Dependency on the vendor increases, complex for small businesses. Even after all the effort the information has to manually entered or entered through an interim application in SAP for those businessess that would like to have their data maintained in SAP. Voice of customer is often not taken in to consideration.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

What I like the most is its complete billing system,

something that is undoubtedly necessary if the business process is done

correctly to provide quality service to customers. Invoices can be made with

the corresponding tax deductions and also in a safe way despite working

directly in the cloud.

I have not felt that it is difficult.
I could say that it is necessary to spread this tool more.

be very useful for professionals and for those who do not have much experience

it will be easy to understand in the short term. This particular tool helps to

measure profits and process everything related to sales in a complete and which

also has features that can be viewed even in real-time.

Zycus Procure to Pay Suite is the single procurement tool used in the organization. All users who want to procure goods and services are required to use Zycus Procure to Pay Suite.

Pros

Process to create RFP is very user friendly
PR creation also simple and easy to learn
Contract creation--easy to upload templates and create T&Cs

Cons

Reporting is very hit and miss
iManage module needs a lot of work to make it ready for business use
iSave module needs to be integrated with the rest of the suite

Likelihood to Recommend

Overall Zycus Procure to Pay Suite is very user friendly and easy to use, so in terms of onboarding new users, it is extremely simple. On the negative side, a lot of work is required to be done to integrate all the modules, as many are standalone and do not talk to each other.
