We primarily use Zywave Analytics Cloud - Decision Master Warehouse with our United Healthcare Key Account Groups (100+). There is so much information available once the case has been processed. Our customers love the in-depth look at their company's claims as well as the recommendations for getting any areas of concern under control.
Pros
- Provides a great overview analysis of the findings
- The recommendations for helping to get claims issues under control are tailored and very informational
- The Ad Hoc customization capabilities are great
Cons
- Please provide a section on requirements by a carrier including any forms that will need to be signed by the employer to begin processing
- We would like the carrier request process to be more streamlined.
Likelihood to Recommend
I think it is a great product for groups with 150+ employees.
