Overall Satisfaction with Ace Cloud Hosting

I work for a nonprofit organization in Georgia and have always maintained our server to host our Sage 50 accounting program. Due to the cost and time requirements, I was tired of carrying the server myself and upgrading it when necessary. I contacted Ace Cloud Hosting and spoke to a very knowledgeable gentleman who appeared to be interested in nothing but pleasing me and satisfying my requirements. I was pleased to learn that the quoted price for hosting and access was indeed the final price. They do daily backups automatically and maintain the data in multiple locations across the U.S. When I decided to move to Ace Cloud Hosting, the onboarding was easy and quick. All three of our employees who use Sage have their desktop, and we can each modify it however we’d like. I highly recommend this outstanding hosting company.

I appreciate that a backup of my data is regularly updated and stored at more than one location in the U.S. One
of our employees got a new computer about a month after we started using Act
Cloud Hosting, and the employee simply contacted tech support and they helped
her get her new computer connected to the server and she was back working in a
very short time. And I appreciate that they have always followed up after a tech support request to make sure that I am satisfied.
