Action1 is a must in the IT management industry
Overall Satisfaction with Action1 RMM
As a small MSP servicing SMEs in today’s competitive and restrictive economic environment, Action1 really help us to reduce overheads and save time – plus it enables us to provide a better service to our clients.
We manage our client’s computer systems completely - hardware, software, security, and backups. Additionally, we provide remote support on an ad hoc basis when they require direct assistance.
By using Action1 we can easily monitor multiple companies effectively, approve updates and configure scheduled tasks as needed.
I would strongly suggest if you were a smaller MSP or if you simply need to monitor and manage a couple of your own computers, give Action1 a go. They might not be as polished as some of their larger competitors, but they get the job done at a fraction of the cost.
Brilliant job, Action1!
