Overall Satisfaction with Adaptive Defense 360 / WatchGuard EPDR

Adaptive Defense 360 is used throughout the department and is resold to clients. This software addresses threats to endpoints.
  • Prevents ransomware
  • Scans for threats
  • Easy to install and administer
  • Virtual license provisioning was much easier before WatchGuard became involved
  • Managing settings within the console is a bit cumbersome
  • Reduced management overhead
  • Improved endpoint performance and security
  • Sophos Managed Threat Response (MTR)
I believe Adaptive Defense 360 is superior to other Managed endpoint protection software because of the technology behind the software.

Easy to install and manage through console, some console features could be easier to setup and manage.
It is easy to manage endpoint security of our endpoints and our clients' endpoints.
Excellent security for endpoints, management console allows good control for MSP managers
