Overall Satisfaction with ADP GlobalView HCM

ADP GlobalView, together with other ADP payroll solution, is used by our company as a tool for employees all over the country to view payslips. Within the tool, an employee can view many details about his/her compensation and benefits even historical ones. The UI is great it even has an analytics type of view on your salary over time.

Pros

  • Easy and convenient way to retrieve historical payroll details
  • Shows payroll details a day before the actual payout
  • UI is great and intuitive.
  • Credentials are integrated to Active Directory

Cons

  • Have not experienced any problems so far
  • ADP GlobalView helped the company save millions on printing actual employee details and payroll details
  • It is easily accessible anywhere since it is cloud-based
The tool is very easy to use and had not experienced any problems with it. The UI is great, colorful and lots of details to see.
Have not experience or noticed that the ADP GlobalView has an outage, so I can say that support has been good on making the tool highly available.
Cisco SSL VPN (AnyConnect), SafeNet Authentication Service (SAS)
The tool is suitable for large organizations that handle a huge number of employees. The company no longer needs to print thousands of payslips since employees can just login to ADP GlobalView and check payroll details.
