Overall Satisfaction with AirWatch

Airwatch is being used by our support service team, which attends and resolves requirements and incidents for up to 14 customers all around Colombia. For each customer, we have been able to create an organization unit, with personalized profiles, apps, restrictions and security controls. If a new support arrives at the team, it is so easy to deliver the phone, install MDM agent and automatically receives the template of his profile. It adds security and control to our service, easy trail of our team... it's been so good that we keep on growing!
  • Assign profiles, restrictions, security controls, distribute apps and content automatically based on different organizational units.
  • Guarantee devices access to corporate infrastructure only if it is compliant with all security policies.
  • Out-of-the-box enrollment of devices. Even though Android already has it, is only supported by a specific OEM.
  • Visibility of all support team, their location, apps installed on devices and security level, which guarantees information is secure.
  • Users don't have the time to be spending their telecom plans on apps that are not accepted for corporate use. So, this plans can be controlled and money saved.
  • Cost happens to be an OpEx one, and even though it is not visible in ROI, when you calculate how much money represents data leak, information lost, users not arriving to attend customers, and more. The cost is giving you a return on customer satisfaction and continuity.
  • Intune and SOTI
It is the most complete tool that accomplishes all business requirements. For us, it was important to have a complete offering capable to attend different use cases with the security required by companies.
Is well suited when an organization has several user profiles, different groups of users that need different tools, apps and privileges. According to the level of security required for this users, different licenses can be mixed. So for the commercial team can be delivered a WorkSpace ONE Advanced license and for human resource a WO Standard. It is less appropriate when the only reason to manage devices is for location monitoring, in this case, other simple and less expensive solutions could be selected. However, a robust level of information security may not be warranted.
