Overall Satisfaction with Aline

At Legacy Living Florence we use Aline CRM to maintain contact with prospective residents & trusted referral sources. We have 1000's of entries in our system that we can easily manage with the help of Aline's services. The system also works with our website, making new leads easy to manage and add entries.

Pros

  • Difficult to curate new lists
  • When populating addresses, often does not populate correctly when in Excel spreadsheet
  • Would like it to be more intuitive for next steps

We have utilized Aline's customer support in the past when we were having difficulty curating a list for a needed report. The customer support team was very responsive and followed up to ensure that we were not having any issues following the call. The product training has been very helpful with new hire training.
Aline is very easy to learn and use. The product training helps to ensure new users are guided appropriately and taught more about the items that may not be as commonly known. Once lists are curated, reports are easy to run and items can be manipulated based on the specific information you are looking for.
I have not utilized any other CRM products in the past, but have met many sales people with different products at networking events and conferences. We chose Aline as we have used their services at our sister community and have always been happy with their offerings. Customer service is easy to work with, which makes life easier.

Customer service is easy to reach and although curating lists can be difficult, walked my team through how to make the new list and followed up to ensure we were successful. The user seminars help to teach new team members how the CRM works and make the adjustment easier in during the training process.
