Overall Satisfaction with Altium Develop

Currently we only have one license and a 365 environment. The solution enables us to share projects and let our partners and customers look at the design through all the different phases. This makes it very efficient and the end product is more likely to be closer to the requirements. Develop come at a nice price level.

Cons

  • Synchronize between 365 and company databases
  • Streamline the requirements portal a bit more and increase the awareness
  • Add roaming functionality to the develop version. It shouldn't be a problem.
  • Fewer board spins
  • Better customer relationships
  • Compatible with the industry
The software have been around for a very long time and it's very stable. Used by many companies. Both product and consultant companies.

Fewer spins on the boards due to the fact that you can collaborate easily. Startup and small businesses.

Less appropriate for bigger companies and also impossible due to certain limitations.
