Overall Satisfaction with Amazon Kendra

We decided to use Amazon Kendra because it's a very precise, affordable, and straightforward search platform that requires very little setup and no experience. Amazon Kendra is powered by Machine learning and uses natural language, so it's ideal for ever-evolving scenarios. We use it on our website, so products can be easily found. We also use it internally for research.

Amazon Kendra has been great for our internal knowledge base and website search engine. It's an extremely easy-to-use platform that can be easily integrated into bespoke platforms. We understand that it uses state-of-the-art technology, but pricing can certainly be improved in the long term. It does not bother us much now, because it delivers what it promises.
