Overall Satisfaction with Amazon Seller Central

We use Amazon marketplace to sell excess of stock for new products.

Pros

  • Fast listing as quick as 15 minutes
  • Huge catalog
  • Competitive shipping rates

Cons

  • Seller support
  • Issues when inaccurate information is displayed on listings
  • Marketplace fees are too high
  • Sell or liquidate excess of inventory
  • High marketplace fees are a burden
  • Customer-only platform when comes to returns, refunds and other claims
If your product is on high demand and you find a well-built listing (if you are not the manufacturer or authorized brand representative). It is very difficult to correct listings if you are a reseller only. Seller support and seller forums are useless to get any help since seller support agents only wants to close support tickets and experienced sellers on forums are usually sarcastic.
