Overall Satisfaction with Apache OpenOffice Calc
I was looking for a lightweight software for
making calculations and creating lists, and Apache OpenOffice Calc turned out to be the best choice. Not only it requires less storage space, but it has the same commands I could find in Microsoft Excel. In addition, I can export a spreadsheet as a .pdf file, which is great for me, since I use this software mostly for creating and modifying lists. Finally, Apache OpenOffice Calc allows me to open various file types, including .xls. The only defect is the fact that I can export only one spreadsheet as a .pdf file, in case my document consists of two or more spreadsheets.

- It allows you to open, view and edit various file types, including .xls
- You can export any document you're working on to .pdf
- Its Function Wizard is easy to use
- It allows you to export the only current page you're working on to .pdf
- The software is free to download and use, but if I invested anything, I think it would be worth its price, and I don't plan to change it anytime soon.
