Overall Satisfaction with Apptio Cloudability

We use for multiple hyper scalers to view spend. Optimize and cross charge

Pros

  • Optimizing with rightsizing
  • Visibility with dashboards
  • Email alerts/notificaitons

Cons

  • Budget and forecastkng
  • Reports on quarters
  • Report formats are limited in my opinion.
  • Visibility by out internal consumers
  • Cross-charging so our consumers are responsible for their spend
  • Overall saving history to show how we save and reallocate spend to other area
I find Apptio Cloudability very easy to use once I had basic knowledge of the interface.
