Showback to business units on their spend - all users in the organization have access, being transparent about all costs and who is spending what. Use it to drive accountability and ensure we are getting value from cloud investments.

Docs are challenging to find, need plenty of internal guides on how to do anything.

The internal cloud tools are better for our customers but don't integrate everything together for multi-cloud users.

As a finops practitioner, it's great to look through and investigate drivers of cost and follow up with internal customers - though we give access to all internal customers, it's pretty challenging for them to get the hang of it, get their own reports up and running, etc. Scalability.
