We utilized it to encourage cost reductions throughout the company. We discovered that it was an effective tool for revealing where we were spending money on IT. We were able to reduce spending on services and applications that no longer added value to the company thanks to the insights we acquired. Our monthly finance procedure now includes ApptioOne as a crucial component.
