Overall Satisfaction with ApptioOne
We are using the Apptio Cost Transparency and the capitalization models of ApptioOne. This serves as a one-spot space for getting to know about all incurred costs in the Product delivery and to evaluate on how we did to budget and outlook. The scope is to bring Cost transparency across end users and also to have an easy-to-use UI.
- Bringing in Cost "transparency"
- Getting to the details of the incurred expenses
- Easy to use and adopt
- Inbuilt reports for Services and Business Units had many missing links and had to be customized
- Customized reports are excluded from upgrades. We are a little concerned about it as we have a lot of customized reports
- Support tickets raised take a longggg time to be worked upon or resolved
Flexible Analytics and reporting will be very helpful in getting an enhanced end-user experience. Accelerated Budgeting and forecasting is the next thing we have in the pipeline for implementation.
- We are still in the process of implementation, and it's too early to comment on the impact on business objectives
- At a high level, getting Cost transparency across different report groups enables our IT teams to have meaningful conversations with Business and Data-driven discussions with Finance
