Overall Satisfaction with ApptioOne

ApptioOne has been a great product to help clients achieve both cost transparency, showback and chargeback of costs as well as multiple business challenges with a large list of clients we have worked in the past and continue to work. One of the modules we have had more challenges was around IT Planning, on both the issues around the stability and quality of the platform as well as evolution of the product.

Our organization are quite dependent of the data ingestion capabilities and it is quite relevant for the success of the end result of these projects

More suited: In the Transparency of IT Cost within an organization, cost allocation, optimization of costs in organization Less suited: For enterprise wide it is still not as mature as in the IT space and license costs might be a challenge applying similar principles for the value delivered
