Overall Satisfaction with ApptioOne
We use ApptioOne for IT Planning for Forecasting. All of IT is responsible for their forecast in IT Planning. We use Cost Transparency for Application TCO, Service TCO, and Business Unit Showback. Cost Transparency gives us insights that would not be possible without the tool.

We have a very robust Cost Transparency model. We ingest data from all across our organization. We have custom reporting set up to show off the Application TCO, Service TCO, Contract Reporting, BU Showback, and much much more.
- Retired Applications receiving costs were identified
- TCO of Applications by allocating supporting other organizations costs to the areas they were spending time
- Cloudability
Everything being under the Apptio umbrella simplifies things. Were able to ingest cloudability data in to Cost Transparency with the help of our Apptio team.
