I help implement ApptioOne for clients, as well as providing support services, new product demonstrations and administrative consultations. We use datalink to integrate and automate data ingestion into Apptio, particularly REST api queries that pull from various sources with API capabilities. We also put a lot of value in the modelling capabilities in ApptioOne, where the visual and conceptual views of cost allocation really make a difference in end users reaction to their cost foot print.

No, Apptio's basic support has typically been sufficient for the organization's needs. Apptio support has been quick to respond (within reasonable SLA expectations) and the support team is knowledgeable and helpful when we engage with them. We have never had an instance where Apptio's support team has not been able to work with us to an acceptable.
Yes - Yes, the Apptio team helped us with some issues with Datalink connectors, where the connectors were having trouble pulling data from the source system and sending it to Apptio. They helped identify and implement a fix to the issue and the connectors were fixed in a short amount of time.
