Overall Satisfaction with ApptioOne
ApptioOne is currently used as the IT Financial Data single source of truth, as a first step it is helping us provide clear allocation of data by project, product, and business unit replacing a number of disconnected PowerBi dashboards. Apptio brings the ability to report on project TCO which is allowing us to simplify the way we manage our financials.
- Structures the data
- Allows for quick design/build/deployment of new dashboards/views
- Allows for collaboration on the same platform
- User interface (mostly look and feel)
- Editable tables
- Easier user customization of existing reports (like what PowerBi does)
Forecasting is currently done in a different (homegrown) tool. Not enough experience in the other features to elaborate on them
