Overall Satisfaction with Arena PLM and QMS

Arena PLM and QMS is our official document repository for our entire company (a subsidiary of [a] much larger company).

Pros

  • Organization of documents and training assignments
  • Easily accessible (web client)

Cons

  • The search function is ABYSMAL. Does not return all items with the entered keyword.
  • I am not in a position to answer this question.

Helix ALM (formerly TestTrack)
This system is useful over a large organization where people might be distributed (different sites, working from home, etc.) It also offers the ability to assign and track training required by Arena PLM and QMS.
