Overall Satisfaction with Arena PLM and QMS
Arena PLM and QMS is the sole platform containing all of my organization's Work Instructions and SOPs. It is also how we document training on the documents. I use these documents to carry out my duties testing various products.
- The search results consistently contains relevant and closely-associated documents.
- The training plans instantly alert me via email when a document was revised.
- It's very user friendly.
- The ability to easily view old revisions of documents would be nice. I still can't figure out how to do this.
- GMP compliance has been increased greatly.
- The cost has decreased considerably in terms of manpower hours needed for document maintenance.

Usability is the most important factor, as Arena is readily turned to for quick access to documents throughout each business day.
Implementation was largely seamless and on time. I was satisfied with the implementation team- great people to work with!
