Overall Satisfaction with Aruba Networks Wireless WAN

The whole organization is using the Aruba Wireless products. The performance of the APs are awesome and reliable. Customer support is always available. Mix this with the Aruba Ethernet switches and you will gain more features and also you can use Authentication 802X.

Pros

  • High quality products.
  • Easy management and administrator features.

Cons

  • We would like to see more control on the untagged VLAN by default.
  • When we use them with AirWave, we gain a lot of features.
  • ArubaCentral is also a good way to centrally manage overall equipments.
In the least concern we have, the support team has always been available and responds very quickly.

In our district, we use them disctrict-wide. The performance of the APs are awesome and reliable. We also use the outdoor products to reach external areas of the campus.
