Overall Satisfaction with Astera Centerprise

We use it in part of our automation process to extract data from PDF's and deliver to our clients. It allows us to utilize time we would manually transcribe this data into excel sheets, saving time and money.

Pros

  • Versatile
  • Scalable
  • Outstanding Customer Service

Cons

  • Continued improvement/updating on Reportminer documentation
  • Window management on smaller screens can be very difficult. I often have to rescale the the tool windows to use.
  • Sometimes the data preview will glitch out and not display anything but I'm able to generate a .csv.
  • Gives us a competitive edge over competitors with services provided.
