Overall Satisfaction with AT&T Business

We are using AT&T Business as our primary internet service at our main office. We have found it to be very reliable and cost effective. We are an on-prem company with our servers being at our main office. All of our other offices and remote users connect to our main office for access to our files and applications so we need to make sure that our internet service is reliable.

The service just works. No complaints at all.

We compared AT&T to Spectrum for internet access but settled on AT&T due to the symmetric speeds and the reliability.

We get very reliable service for the cost. The setup was made very easy when we signed up, they pulled all of the cables they needed and worked with our building to get us lit as soon as possible. During the recent wind storms and wild fires in Los Angeles, our backup internet line from a competing ISP went down multiple times for many hours, where the AT&T line stayed up like a champ.

Using AT&T Business

100 - All users at our company use AT&T since they are either at our main office or connect to our main office for server access.
100 - AT&T makes it very easy to get support for the product.

  • AT&T will get a leg up at any of our new offices that we open
  • We will be looking at AT&T to replace our current ISPs at our satellite offices when those contracts come up.
The service has been great, no complaints at all.
