Overall Satisfaction with Okta

We are a service-based software company, we use AUTH 0 on client projects to create seamless login and authentication process.
I have really enjoyed the service and support from Auth0. They quickly answer all of our questions and have gone beyond expectations to make sure we understand how their platform works, and how we can better utilize the service to meeting our authentication and authorization needs.

Great product and large user base, easier to integrate.
We used Auth0 to take care of single sign-on from all of our clients' auth domains. After initial development to integrate Auth0 with our systems, our client onboard has been very much simplified. The SSO integration becomes a configuration setting on Auth0, and identity to our internal account mapping (before we eventually get the auto-provisioning ;)

Where we need to develop using agile methodology and to fast development this is suitable in that case, and if are looking to build our own login system with our security then it is not suitable.
It has been a great experience using the product, given that Auth0 is a trusted Identity product, we have not much complains benefiting from the features that the product is getting us. It is up to standard, and we have not much worry to get the platform into production usage.

Configuring Okta

Simple and easy to integrate, AUTH 0 has good documentation.
Built for a broad array of companies, but still has a good set of features despite that wide scope. Maybe not the best for the largest of customers. Good interaction with team members.
Auth0 works out of the box, and it's very developer-friendly to create generic authentication flows. The rules make it super simple and flexible to customize it to improve customer experiences.
