Overall Satisfaction with Barracuda Essentials

We utilise Barracuda Essentials across the whole business. Email spam, cloud to cloud back up, mailbox and 365 archiving. We also use the PhishLine product to test end user against spam emails and provide training where required.

Pros

  • Email Archive, captures all sent and received email.
  • Forensics to strange or unusual login's.
  • 365 backup, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook.

Cons

  • Intergrade PhishLine into other products
  • Reduced risk
  • Increased visibility
Havnt needed much support but on the odd occasion we have needed support they have been very responsive and have been able to resolve the questions or issues we had.
