- Report visualization - data can be visualized in many different ways with interactive charts and graphs
- Data detail - Birst provides drill downs that can show a lot of detail in the data
- Ease of use - reports are intuitive to drill down into, even for non-technical people, as long as you have some excel experience
- Column mapping, make it easier to remap changed column names
- Allow data input through Birst - Birst is only a data viewing tool. It would be nice to allow users to input data, e.g. let users select accounts out of a list inside the tool and save that information directly to the data behind the view for other users to see.
- Better customer service for outside partners - reports can be made available for outside vendors/partners to view directly and updated frequently, rather than through email.
- Better employee efficiency through data visualization - employees find the reports easy to use and can get answers to their questions quickly.
