Overall Satisfaction with BizNet Software

We use BizNet to generate all financial and sales reports.
  • Ease of creating new reports
  • Happy with everything.
  • FRX
Much easier to create reports.
  • More automated sales reports that saved many hours of monthly compilation.
We needed a solution to replace our unsupported FRX package and BizNet was just the ticket...even better!

Evaluating BizNet Software and Competitors

Yes - Frx. Microsoft was ending support of Frx.

I would have included the A/R module and BizBroadcast from the start.

Use of a 3rd party provider was instrumental in quickly and smoothly implementing BizNet Software.

Yes - Our initial purchase was for the General Ledger module to replace Frx for financial reports. One year later we added the AR module and BizBroadcast to replace the manual sales report process.
Change management was minimal
  • Most significant was how easy implementation was. We participated in one product training class after which 3 users were able to create useful reports.

We have only had a few occasions to call on the support team over 4 years, but every time our need was met in a superior manner.

Yes - Support is included in the reasonable annual maintenance fee. I would call it Premium because it is exceptional.
On one occasion the support team reached out to ensure we were taking advantage of all the feature available in our BizNet package, including walking user through the installation of the Desktop Edition of BizNet.
