Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud CRM

I use it to look up data on constituents I work with and keep others in the loop by recording my interactions with constituents. It is helpful to have one place to look for all information about a constituent.
  • Allows me to link my email interactions directly into the system
  • Has areas to store all information about a person
  • Easy to pull just the information I need
  • I do not have access to the costs, but I know finding info in Blackbaud is MUCH easier than it was in our last CRM.
  • It is an efficient platform.
  • I can run reports myself rather than having to requesting information from another department.

Yes

It is very well suited as a CRM, but not as well set up to manage volunteers. I know our company has had to do some workarounds. I manage volunteers on another platform.
