Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT
With the cloud-based General Ledger and Accounts Payable modules, I am able to process payments and record journal entries while working remotely. The modules are user-friendly. Also, the Blackbaud support team is pretty responsive.

- When exporting reports into Excel format, I quite often run into errors that I have to try restarting the program from time to time.
- When generating a pop-out error message, please try to make the message clear to users with a description of suggested solutions.

The Financial Edge interfaces with Raiser's Edge, which saves time in recording and posting fundraising transactions, as well as keeping the records safe and accurate.
We have not used dashboards yet. But I am sure custom dashboards will be able to provide a financial overview and improve the visibility of the organization's financial standing.
