Overall Satisfaction with BOARD
It is being used by every single department for reporting purposes, from finance to operations, and has been a great tool for budgeting. It really has given us a good outlook on our wins and losses.
- It can connect to any database platform.
- The HTML front end is improving.
- It is easy to use.
- The technical support has been very poor.
- The mobile capabilities are nonexistent.
- We have no been able to get broadcast emailing capabilities working, and technical support has not helped.
- It's a great budgeting and measuring against tool.
- It provides drill downs for more information to explain results.
BOARD is a superior budgeting tool.
