Board Budget and Forecast

At Harry & David we utilize Board in our finance and accounting departments to navigate vast amounts of data. Board is used in our budgeting and forecasting processes as well as in our daily sales reports. A few years ago, we worked with the Board team to implement a wholesale model that replaced multiple Excel reports. Since then we have been creating new capsules and cubes that store various areas of the company. We have also started utilizing the application in our budget process and forecasting. We gave access to our partners and now everything is in one place and without the need to share multiple files. Board is being used across our whole organization and reduced the time we spend sharing spreadsheets because we now have all the data in the platform and can be more accurate and focus more on the analysis.
