Overall Satisfaction with Board

Board is used company-wide. It drastically improved management decision-making with the high-quality reports and forecasting features. It has a very obvious simple user-friendly UI. Even a regular end user can customize reports and notifications by using the drag and drop metrics. The modules setup in BOARD can be accessed from anywhere using any mobile device.

  • Very intuitive dashboard which helps reduce 100s of emails to the product team and stakeholders.
  • Easy to customize reports.

Cons

  • Some more user guides that are freely available would be nice.

  • Customization of modules can be done faster and hence reports can be generated faster as well.
  • Better forecasting and reports helped improve customer satisfaction.
Board provides full transparency into the business reports, budgeting, and forecasting. Board databases can be linked to any DB formats easily. The collaboration feature helps users reduce emails and end-users with the appropriate access can simply log on to the modules via the APIs and review information. Datasets can be linked from any source.
