Overall Satisfaction with Bonterra Network for Good
Everything looks good with the website. Problem I encounter is I cannot seem to call a live agent.
Pros
- the donations are easy to understand
- it gives me alert of duplication of contacts
Cons
- I wish there is a place to upload images especially of the check donations we received from donors
- we can see if the donor opened our mass mailers. i cannot quantify that ROI but at least we see their activity
- Increased time savings and tracking donations
very good. it shows the date and we can classify on which particular fundraiser event it was supposed to be.
