Overall Satisfaction with Bouncer
We recently upgraded our Email automation to Marketo. For years we were only bulk sending to customer (not prospects). As such our sender reputation was very high. We recently started marketing to prospects and were all concerned which is why we opted for Bouncer. It is a very intuitive product. Easy to use. Competitive rates. Helps maintain our good sender reputation. Well worth it. Highly recommend.

- Identifies risky emails in our prospect list
- Is very captively priced
- Maybe some more granular display output on hard and soft bounce reasons. You can always drill into the downloads but would be nice to see the "why" in the summary.

- None really. We got some hard bounces on emails bouncer clear but that could be us and is not uncommon.
