Overall Satisfaction with Brainshark

I used Brainshark when implementing HR Annual Review changes. It was used to communicate to all employees how to complete new online review forms. The forms were filled out using a new program so a thorough review was necessary.
  • Brainshark is simple to use. If you can create a Powerpoint presentation, you can use Brainshark.
  • If you have questions, or need help, the Brainshark team will walk you through the process.
  • The Brainshark team will do a review of your presentation before you post it to your audience. It is a huge benefit!
  • Your files are stored on Brainshark's servers; the files do not take up space on your company's servers.
  • I don't recall being unhappy with anything about Brainshark, honestly.
  • Ramp up time was increased for HR.
  • Able to track how many employees viewed the presentation and then compare that to completions.
I've used Presenter and think Brainshark is, by far, a better product. The funcationlity is easier to use and the quality is wonderful. Presenter tends to freeze or drop during recordings. I never had those issues with Brainshark. Brainshark's files are stored off site, so my company's file space was not compromised.
I am with a different company now, and tried to get Brainshark added to our list of programs. Because of budget constraints, and other mitigating factors, our purchasing department denied our request. I will continue, however, to try and get the company to use this product. I think our audience could truly benefit from its use.
For quick-hit, mass communication, Brainshark is ideal. You can make it fun for your audience.
