Intuitive platform - easy to learn on your own
If you do need support, their online archive and their support team are very helpful
Affordable compared to other similar solutions

Cons

I wish it were easier to time animations to the intended recorded voice cues. The process can be a bit cumbersome.

Brainshark is a low cost way to create professional, recorded presentations no matter who your audience is.
