Overall Satisfaction with Brazen
We use Brazen to host job fairs. Some have been community job fairs open to several businesses from various industries and some have been company specific to help one of our clients hire workers for several departments.
Pros
- Allowing exhibitor customization within virtual booths
- Managers participants (job seekers) really well setting up queues for exhibit booths
- East administration using a real-time event dashboard
Cons
- Allow company reps to refer participants to other reps in their booth
- Dashboard for employers to see how many participants are in queue to speak with them. Employer reps don't seem to know how much volume they have waiting
- 2 way communication via chat for administrator to employer reps may be helpful
- Easy to use
- Virtual booths and managing participants
- Administrator dashboard and reports
- Allowed us to hold job fair events when in person was not an option
- Works well for certain industries such as tech where their uses are more tech savy
- Not as useful for non-tech savvy populations such as construction workers, retail, entry-level, blue collar jobs.
