Overall Satisfaction with CANIAS ERP

We use CANIAS ERP as a full-fledged ERP and CRM. We have been using it for over ten years. We were their first customer in the UAE. The software lacks functionality and customization as a whole. It is near impossible for anyone outside of CANIAS ERP to do any work on it whatsoever.

CANIAS ERP is absolutely terrible. Their customer service is the worst I have seen of any service provider. Truly i am shocked that they are still open. It makes sense why they shut down in the UAE. The software itself is extremely outdated. It really seems as if I am running a software from 2005.
