Overall Satisfaction with CCH® SureTax®
SureTax is used to assess taxes on invoices. The user interface is great for figuring out taxation on new products and jurisdictions. It is easy to use. It helps answer customer and employee questions.

- The quote return requires multiple clicks to dig deeper into results
- The "Need Help" Chat button is directly over the quote submit button
- Reports take a long time to download and often fail
